Just a little more evidence that Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple Computer Inc., has more ability to incite rage among the populace than any other figure in the industry (save one, perhaps). Steve may, or may not have received a copy of this irate letter in 1982, well before he was ousted from Apple by his own board of directors. I happened upon the letter at a flea market, in a box of well-kept hardware and software documentation for an Apple II+.
The author was quite displeased that the area's local Apple Authorized Dealer at the time was being cut off by Apple, and would no longer be authorized to sell or service Apple products. The following letter serves as an excellent testament to the spirit of Apple customers, who were loyal, yet demanding even in those days.
